Fab Birthday and Holiday Party Outfit Ideas

I figured I’d come up with five outfit ideas that will hopefully suit all your needs!

Look professional, yet holiday ready in a gold sequined Donna Karan pencil skirt and a sequined shell. Cover up with a resplendent blazer, and show your style with bronze mirrored Giuseppe Zanotti heels.

When all else fails, I bet on black with gold accents. Look like the gift you are in a  Notte by Marchesa bow front dress. Offset the cost of your cocktail with a pair of Brynn pump by Ivanka Trump. Top with a coat of your choice.

 Look fun and flirty in a feathered skirt, and sauce it up with a bodysuit. Complete with a smart blazer, velvet booties, and a statement bag.

 Sounds like you both want to be casual, yet still pop! I’d suggest throwing a gold jacket, like thi option from Mango, over a tank and faux leather pants. Flaunt your love of spikes with a pair of fab peep toes, and keep a rock theme going with spiked bracelets.

 If all else fails, a cute sequined number will always work! Be creative with colors and unexpected shoe choices.

Rainy Day Outfit Ideas

It can definitely be tough to dress for a rainy day because there are so many things to consider. From what type of material you can wear (suede shoes are a no-go) to how to stay dry without sacrificing style, dressing well when it’s rainy out requires a little planning in advance.

When it rains , you can get away with rain boots paired with shorts, a tee, and cardigan. By forgoing jeans in favor of shorts, you avoid having soaked pants all day. In the outfit above, I added some color with a bright scarf.

 The inspiration for this look came about when I found the adorable umbrella with an NYC subway sign print and had to find a way to include it in an outfit! A plain black dress becomes more interesting layered under a mustard jacket (worn unzipped, of course), and pair of ultra trendy green Doc Martens.

This outfit would be perfect for a day when it’s REALLY raining. The jacket is a “Pac-a-Poncho” from TopShop, so it’s super waterproof. But unlike the typical ugly yellow poncho, this one actually has style. When paired with neutral grey rain boots and a bubble umbrella with a hint of pink, the overall look is functional and cute at the same time.

For those of you who love a classic trench coat, you can keep your rainy day outfit simple by pairing your trench with jeans, and bright rain boots of your choice. Honestly, that’s all you need. The heart shaped umbrella, of course, is a cute extra.

 If you’re not the type to rock a typical rain boot, you can always wear regular boots with a bit of a heel. Layering a pretty, summery dress under a long-sleeved cardigan and 3/4 sleeve jacket will add dimension to your outfit as well as keep you dry. Add black tights and a simple umbrella and you’re set!

Here’s a very simple outfit that you could throw on in 5 seconds and wear on a rainy summer day. A striped dress is a step above basic layered under a classic denim jacket. I added some cute pink rain boots, because, well, why not? If pink’s not your thing, you could always wear some basic black motorcycle boots instead. Oh, and how great is the cloud umbrella? Completely genius if you ask me.

Summer Outfit Ideas

Among my more recent sets are some outfit ideas for spring and summer, each of which are casual, fun, and easy to create using clothing items you already own or finding affordable pieces that are similar.

As pictured in this set, this outfit would be great for bike riding, but still quite stylish. It combines medium wash denim capris, a bright graphic tank top, white canvas shoes, and some fun but simple jewelry. Friendship style bracelets are very trendy this season, they come in so many different designs and colours or you could even make your own.

 This outfit is a casual, everyday look that is a perfect combination for the summer. It includes a flowy batwing top, light wash denim shorts, white canvas shoes, some antique style jewelry, and a teal cross body bag. I think that white canvas shoes are a staple that every college girl should have because they're comfortable, easy to pair with almost anything, and available at affordable prices. I recently just bought a pair at Payless for $17. I added a photo of a side braid, which would be a great way to finish off this look.

This last outfit is another everyday look that is very simple, quick, and easy to put together. It combines a white v-neck tee, dark wash denim shorts, sandals, a long pendant necklace, friendship bracelets, and a tote bag. Stylish jewelry such as the necklace pictured becomes the focus of the outfit and adds interest to a plain white tee. You can also add more to this look by wearing a trendy nail polish colour and/or colourful sunglasses.

Wedding Outfit Ideas

Weddings can be beautiful -- But deciding what to wear to a wedding can be daunting. If you have some cooler weather nuptials to attend, I'm sharing some outfit ideas sure to inspire.

 Start with this eye-catching mixed-print silk mini dress that provides the perfect combination of elegance and playfulness. Add a pair of sleek, solid opaque tights. Round out your outfit with a gorgeous pair of heels, like these patent leather platform beauties. I love the almond-shaped heel and how well they’ll balance out the heavy patterning of the dress. If you do catch a chill, throw this textured button-front cardi over your shoulders to stay warm. Finish off the look with some understated yet pretty accessories like this pair of hammered gold hoop earrings, which will hold their own against the orange dress and complement it as well.

 Go bold and show off your colorful side with this pretty floral-print dress with elegant front pleating and thin belt at the waist to add shape. Add a simple gold statement cuff o accessorize without going over the top, black round toe suede pumps and a small black clutch to match. This one with a metal mesh trim for some added edge works perfectly.

Beautifully Dressed Outfit Idea

Outfit idea is a simple and classy formal party wear look. Wear to a formal dinner or at an office party or clubbing with friends. 

Little Black Dress can never go out of trend.If you aren’t comfortable with short dress then try a knee length number. I paired this black Mango dress with minimal accessories like chandelier earrings and a silver watch. Nothing compliments a LBD than a nice high-heeled shoes. Finally I broke the monotone with a contrast pink clutch matching the belt color.

 I thought this was cute for a summer day, dressy, but the converse make it casual. I would never wear this, but I still think it's cute.

This is very much a school day outfit, nothing to flashy of crazy but still really cute.

 This one is really similar to the first, same clutch and hat, but the shoes just make it more dressy.

 This is an outfit I designed for my friend, and let me say it fits her perfectly!

 This is another outfit for a friend. She was against getting clothes designed for her, and she hates fashion I did my best to make something to fit her. I think it works, Hair back, nude lips, lightning earrings to represent Percy Jackson, a back pack to carry her necessary supplies, and a cute book necklace.

 This was just a fun summer outfit. I like the bag more then anything else.

Outfit Ideas

This outfit is very casual but yet chic. It’s perfect for a day at the mall with your girlfriends or a cute outfit for a school day… These colors are perfect for the fall!

 This outfit is simply gorgeous, I love the studded Steve Madden loafers which are very trendy, the blazer just add a pop of color to it and makes it more fabulous.

 Who doesn’t like blazers?? I love them, they are that one piece of garment can change an outfit from boring to fabulous. They are perfect for the fall, and in this outfit they just add more cuteness to the plain white blouse, and make the complete look very classy!
